Day One (of four week challenge) 8-27-09

Hello everyone. It's been a terribly long time since I've written anything, or DONE anything in the way of my diet lifestyle.
but I'm back

and this time I have a goal. (one that I can see in the near future, one that wont take a year)
I'm going to eat right and exercise for four weeks (that's one month).
I mean low cal foods, and 350 mins of cardio a week minimum.

And before, I had nothing at all to motivate me.
But now I do. I have a muffin top and a dwindling old pile of clothes in my closet.
So, to look my best, I have to eat and be my best....new rule. I can't buy any clothing whatsoever until I lose 5 lbs. and when I do, I can buy a pair of jeans, or a shirt.

Sounds fab right! :D

So Im off to run for today (or bike, or walk...je ne sais pas)
Anywho, I'll be back to log my minutes for day one. Finally I'm excited again.


WOW. the excitement just wore off for today. I feel so weak...I only biked/interval walked-ran for 20 minutes this morning.
I'll try to get some more in tonight.

CRON diaries: Day nineteen.

Yesterday was a disaster. I ate everything, today has been better.
I woke up and ate cottage cheese and some yougurt and granola.
with low cal hot chocolate!

next i probably wont eat much. ;D
for dinner, small salad.

oh and I forgot to weigh in yesterday, so I did it today, I'm 126 lbs....still no change. :(
i have to start running. :(

CRON diaries: Day seventeen.

I haven't really been on such of a health kick lately (been eating candy bars left and right and practically inhaling anything my fingers touched. bahhhah)
so today I made a strawberry and oats parfait for breakfast (and shared with Mommy)....
Then for lunch she made us a really awesome pita bread sandwich (with special pita bread)
and for dinner, I'm attempting to make sushi. It's going well so far....but i havent even cooked the rice, washing it alone was like passing an act of congress, and now im sitting here smelling rice vinegar the whole time I'm writing this...it's torture! I want it now!! haha

So, in my next entry I will tell if it worked out well, post the recipe I used, and complain to anyone who reads this about my ongoing lack of chopsticks. :D

So, this morning I had oats with milled flax seed and soy milk. The I had taco bell for lunch. and a tiny dinner...
trying to be good.
Not another weigh in for four more days. I can do this.

CRON diaries: Day thirteen.

Today is April 4, 2009 (I'm going to have to start dating my entry's because I can't keep up. :S haha), so that makes it a Saturday. I'm still weighing in at 126 lbs. Which isn't bad, that means I havent gained any weight. Plus I haven't been exercising, so that means I must be eating properly.
With exercise, it'll get better. I jut have to force myself to do it.

So I've been being reealllyy bad with the whole eating correctly thing. I mean, its 1.50 am here now, and I'm eating fucking Blue Bell Ice cream. :(
RAWR. i need to stop it, i need to get busy, so I don't think about food as much.
and i need to run my ass off....quite literally.
